Ingredient: 100% Split Pea 

 Extra Crispy Chicken made with Split Pea Flour 

1/2 cup of split pea flour 

1 pound of chicken tenders or bone in thigh 

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

1 egg beaten 

1/2 tablespoon of black pepper 

2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese 

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

1/4 cup Hearthy Spinach Flour 

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 

1/4 teaspoon of salt 


Heat over to 375 degrees and grease a baking sheet with olive oil 

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl to get your flour mixture. 

Dip each piece of chicken on both sides to the egg dip. Then dip into your flour mixture. Press several times to get full coating. 

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
