- Set oven to 350. Coat bottom of the pan nonstick spray for metal or glass pan. for dark coated pan bake for 325 F.
- Combine brownie mix, 3 tablespoons water, 1/3 cup oil, and one egg in a large bowl. Mix until moistened, Pour batter into a pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 28-30 minutes for metal or glass pan. Let cake cool for 10 minutes. Tip: cut when brownie has cooled down. Cover with paper towel or parchment paper loosely.
- For 8 x 8 inch pan, 30 to 34 minutes
- For 9 x9 inch pan, 25 to 30 minutes
