Banana Bread Gluten free and Sugar free that is Good for You

Banana bread gluten free and sugar free - bulk prices on almond and coconut flour with free shipping

3/4 cup Hearthy almond flour
1/4 cup Hearthy Coconut Flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts & chocolate chips
1/4 cup maples syrup or honey
2 very ripe bananas
3 eggs
2 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 table spoon of baking soda
1/2 tablespoon salt


Turn oven to 350 F (175 C)

Blend dry ingredients (flour, walnuts, chocolate chips baking soda, salt). Use a whisk or fork to mix.

Add wet ingredients (eggs, banana, maple syrup or honey) in to the dry ingredients. Use a mixer to make sure it's well blended.

Grease pan with olive oil, ghee or butter

Bake for 50 minutes until top is brown. Use a toothpick to test if it's ready.

Cool and slice. Store at room temperature for a few days. Refrigerate for a week. Freeze for a few months.
