Chicken Broth Ramen Noodle Soup (Easy, Quick and Delicious!)

Quick and easy adding vegetables of your choice. What a great way to add natural collagen and protein to your meal. Hearthy Chicken Broth Ramen
Makes 2 Servings
16 oz Hearthy Chicken Broth
10 oz bag GF noodles or ramen
1 carrot julienned
¼ Onion julienned
2 mushrooms sliced
2 scallions sliced
2 TBSP Cilantro Chopped
In a medium sized pot add the entire 16 oz contents of Hearthy Chicken broth. On medium to low heat warm the broth up until it starts to boil. Once it starts to boil add carrots, mushrooms and white onions. After 1 minute add ramen noodles. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until desired noodle texture is reached.
In two serving bowls place equal amounts of ramen broth. Top with scallions and cilantro.
