Super easy for a last-minute super bowl dessert, too!
•3/4 cup nut butter. I used half peanut butter half cashew butter. It brings out a cookie dough taste!
•1/2 cup @hearthyfoods Almond Flour Almond Flour - NON-GMO Gluten-Free Almond Flour Made in US – Hearthy Foods
•1/3 cup protein powder. I used chocolate peanut butter, but vanilla or chocolate would work too!
•1 heaping scoop @hearthyfoods collagen peptides
•1/4 cup maple syrup
•1 tbsp melted coconut oil
•Dark chocolate bars or chips for coating
Combine your dough ingredients together and shape into footballs. Set in the freezer to hold shape
Melt chocolate with 1-2 tsp coconut oil until liquid
Dip your footballs into chocolate, then place on parchment paper and allow chocolate to harden
I used @missjonesbakes organic vanilla icing to make the football decor
Keep stored in the fridge until ready to serve on game day!
