Cinnamon Roll Smootie by Randy Boyer

The smell of cinnamon rolls baking in the over can be so mouth-watering. Here is a simple easy smoothie recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth and provide great quality protein plus all the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

Ingredients

8 oz Vanilla non-dairy milk of your choice
2 tbsp Hearthy Foods Grass-fed Collagen Powder
2 tbsp Hearthy Food Oat Flour
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or shaker bottle and mix well.
