12oz gluten free spaghetti
2 tbsp oil
3-4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/3 cup Hearthy Foods Gluten-free Cassava Flour
1 cup plant based milk
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
A pinch of thyme
Salt to taste
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain but reserving 1 cup pasta water.
Meanwhile in a large skillet, add oil, minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add in the flour and cook for a minute stirring constantly.
Add in the plant based milk and stir in till there are no clumps. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until fully covered in sauce. Season with black pepper powder, parsley and thyme. Slowly add pasta water a tablespoon at a time to loosen the sauce.
Serve warm :)
