dark chocolate cake in a mug

  • 1/4 cup Hearthy Foods almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar (or sweetener to taste)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp milk

In a 10-12 ounce mug (or larger if you prefer), stir together the dry/powdered ingredients, eliminating all lumps. Pour in the oil and stir into a wet mushy mass. Then stir in the milk until incorporated.

*OPTIONAL: Stir in toppings such as chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 1 minute (1 min 15 sec at most in my experience). Enjoy!
