Savory Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup Hearthy foods Split-Pea flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp crushed ginger/garlic/chili

Salt to taste

Veggies of your choice! (I used about 2tbsp each finely chopped onion, yellow sweet peppers, and green peppers)

About 3/4cup water (to adjust consistency)

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whisk together until a thick batter forms.

Lightly spray a nonstick pan. Take about 2tbsp of batter (if making mini pancakes) and spread onto the pan. Flip when it turns golden and cook the other side.

Enjoy them warm and crisp with a spicy dip!
