Sweet Potato Corn Bread

 Sweet Potato Corn Bread 
 
Dry ingredients :
 
1/2 cup cornmeal 
1/4 cup Hearthy oat flour
1/2 cup Hearthy sweet potato flour
1/2 tsp salt 
1 1/2 tsp baking powder 
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 quarter cup of jalapenos (optional)
 
Wet ingredients:
 
1 cup 1% milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt 
2 Tbsp Canola oil 
 
Direction:
Mix dry ingredients 
Mix wet ingredients 
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Bake 350f for 22-26 minutes until set.
