The All New Original Toll House Chocolate Cookies Recipe-Gluten Free Version.

The famous classic American Cookie but done this time gluten free. It is made with Hearthy Gluten Free Cassava flour. This cookie is a treat no matter what the age, concern and gluten allergies. All we did was take out the all purpose enriched bleach flour and replace it with Hearthy Cassava Flour. Nobody will tell the difference.  

Fun Fact:

Hearthy Cassava Flour is a 1:1 replacement with All Purpose Flour.

Here is the Recipe:

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 9 minutes

Servings: 60 


  • 2 1/4 cup Hearthy Cassava Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups of Semi Sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts


Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2:

Combined flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Beat Butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chip morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded table spoon onto ungreased baking sheets. 

Step 3:

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. 

Tips: Replace granulated sugar with stevia, coconut sugar, or monk fruit sugar.
