Ingredients

3/4 cup Cassava Flour

1/2 cup Cocoa Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla (optional)

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

Mix together the cassava flour, cocoa flour, and baking powder.

To this, add the beaten eggs along with the vanilla and oil. Mix.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 30 min. Let it cool completely. Then slice into 9 pieces.
