Great product for gut health!!!

To the reviews saying it’s hard as a rock - yes, it does come in chunks BUT I’ve found throwing it in a food processor for 2 seconds and it’s perfect flour! Just for anyone hesitating to buy it because of those reviews. Buy it! :). I highly recommend!

Good idea [better if organic]...however it was hard as a rock & needed rubber mallet to beat it into usable

This product is amazing!! I have been using it for years. My kid is in a diet from his doctor and is not able to have any gluten or grains, he is also allergic to all nuts. Baking with this product has been a lifesaver! Yes, more times then not it will arrive solid, I simple bang on the counter a few times or use a rolling pin or bottom of a glass to break it up. I also use an immersion blender on the batter and it works perfectly to blend it. The best thing about it is they don’t add anti caking products that are bad on the gut. So spending a couple of minutes breaking it up is well worth it!! Please never stop making!!

I received the flour a couple of days ago, went to use it this morning and it is hard as a rock. I tried hitting it to break it up and it did not break. I will literally need a hammer to break it up. This is old.
