These brownies are delicious, moist, and will not leave you bloated. Sweetened with natural Banana Flour and balanced with rich Cacao Flour. These brownies are easy to whip up and will satisfy your sweet tooth without any guilt!
1 cup Hearthy Banana Flour
3/4 cup Hearthy Cocoa Flour
3/4 cup coconut Oil
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 Large Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sieve through the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together.
Combine the coconut oil and maple syrup in a separate bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the coconut oil and maple syrup slowly and stir to combine.
Add one egg at a time and beat well.
Grease a 9x9 brownie pan with coconut oil, or butter.
Add in the batter to the greased brownie pan and bake for 15-20mins until a pick inserted comes out clean with few crumbs.
Take the left over chocolate chips and press them directly into the warm brownies for presentation.
Allow it to cool slightly and cut into squares. Enjoy warm!
