    Ingredient: Flour made from 100% Brocolli

    Use it in your soups, as a spice, in your smoothies, etc.

     

    Ketogenic/Paleo Low Carb Gluten Free Dinner Rolls

    Dry Ingredients:

    2 tablespoons Organic Psyllium Husk Powder (must be a powder)

    8 tablespoons Organic Coconut Flour (70 grams)

    1 tablespoon Hearthy Foods spinach or kale flour

    3 teaspoons non-aluminum baking powder (if unavailable regular baking powder)

    ½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt

     

    Wet Ingredients:

    4 large pastured eggs

    1 medium (160) grams finely grated zucchini

    2 tablespoons coconut or avocado oil (melted)

    2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar

    ¼ cup spring or filtered water

     

    Instructions:

     

    1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a baking tray.
    2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
    3. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well.
    4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients bowl. Using an electric hand mixer mix on medium until fully combined.
    5. The mixture will be a dough consistency.
    6. With greased hands make 12 golf size balls and lay on the greased baking tray. Brush with coconut/avocado oil.
    7. Bake in oven for 45 minutes until golden brown about 45 minutes. They should sound hollow when tapped.
    8. Spread with lots of grass-fed butter when eating.
