Ingredient: Flour made from 100% gluten-free Rice
Gluten free Free Chiffon Cake 🎂
3 extra large eggs
3 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp of milk
2 1/2 tbs vegetable oil
3/4 cups of Hearthy White Rice flour
1/4 Hearthy Cacao Flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 extra large eggs whites
4 1/2 tbsp sugar
Turn oven on to 350 F
1. Mix in to a bowl 3 extra large eggs and 3 tbsp sugar
2. In a separate bowl mix milk and vegetable oil.
3. Mix step 2 into step 1 in a bowl.
4. Mix the rice flour, cacao flour and baking soda then sift it into the wet mixture until it becomes creamy
5. In a separate bowl whip egg whites add slowly add sugar little bit at a time to become a fluffy liquid
6. Fold the fluffy liquid into the flour mixture. Blend it well.
7. Pour the mixture in to a cake pan.
8. Bake for 40 minutes. Use the toothpick test to determine if it is cooked (toothpick comes out clean).
9. Cool upside down then remove pan and enjoy
