Gluten free Tortillas
1 ½ cups Hearthy cassava flour
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup olive oil
¾ cup warm water plus more if needed
Grease cooking pan. Heat pan on high heat.
Place tortilla cooked to light browning. Flip a few times.

The dough was falling apart, was not able to even roll it in a ball, never mind flatten it to cook on the pan. Threw it all to the garbage, unfortunately.
