Chocolate Pudding gluten free
1. 5 cup of milk
1.5 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of sugar
4 oz. Dark chocolate bar
3 tablespoon Hearthy Tapioca Flour
2 tablespoons Hearthy Cacao Flour
2 tablespoons of butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional whipped cream for topping
In a medium sauce pan, heat milk, cream and sugar. Add tapioca flour, Cacao flour, and salt. Whisk until it reaches boiling point.
