Atta Flour- (I Can't Believe it's Gluten Free Roti)
Hearthy Roti is tasty and delicious. This flour is Its the indian version of a tortilla. The middle eastern version of a pita bread. It's a quintessential Indian food.
I created Hearthy Foods Atta because of my mom. She suffered for years from diabetes and high blood pressure. I remember the day doctor told her that she had to eliminate the rice, naan, and her beloved roti's from her diet.
I wanted to make a flour that my mother would be able to use to make her favorite rotis.
